    To use this software you must agree to the following conditions, if you
don't agree to the following conditions you are not licensed to use this
software.


THERE ARE NO WARRENTIES RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPERESSLY AND
SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED.  NO ONE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, TECHNICAL
SUPPORT OR DELIVERY OF THIS SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE
SUCH SOFTWARE EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS.  IN
NO EVENT SHALL THE LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES EVER EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE
LICENSE TO USE THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE CLAIM.  THE PERSON
USING USING THE SOFTWARE BEARS ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF
THE SOFTWARE.

    This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and
shall inure to the benefit of Michael Kline and any successors, administrators
heirs and assignes.  Any action or proceeding brought by either party against
the other arising out of or related to the agreement shall be brought only in a
STATE of FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Brevard County,
Florida.  The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

This program may not be used to promote, use or distribute, either directly,
indirectly or in conjunction with, any material that is obscene, offensive,
pornographic or illegal.

Warning:  This computer program is protected by copyright law and international
treaties.  Unathorized distribution or reproduction of this program, or any part
of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties and will be prosecuted
to the maximum extent of the law.
