Here's a very incomplete list of such references.  Most were taken from the
book "That's All, Folks!" by Steve Schneider.  Others have been collected
from various sources, including this newsgroup.  I apologize that I don't
have the names of those who originally supplied me/the net with this info.
Corrections and additions are always welcome.  Let this be the start of
a long and happy (and educational) thread!
