Information about TCS PrimeChecker 1.2

TCS PrimeChecker 1.2 is a Windows program that can be 
used to check if a certain number is a prime.

TCS PrimeChecker 1.2 includes these files:
	PRIMECHK.EXE	The program
	README.TXT	This information file
To run the program you also need the system file VBRUN300.DLL

TCS PrimeChecker 1.2 is easy to use. When you start the 
program a window shows up on the screen. In  the window 
there is a text box and four buttons: Start search, 
Cancel, Quit and About. In the text box you enter the 
number you wish to check for primality. Then you click 
on Start search, and the program starts to check whether 
or not the number is a prime. When the control is 
finished, the program shows whether the number is a 
prime or not, and how long it took for the program to 
make all the calculations. If you wish to cancel the 
control of a number, just click on the Cancel button. 
When you wish to quit the program, just click on the 
Quit button. If you click on the About button a window 
with information about the program shows up.

TCS PrimeChecker 1.2 was programmed in 1997 by Jonas
