1. Installation
Copy all the files to any directory and its ready to run

2. Usage

Step 1
Use the "Open Graph" button to open a graph saved in Bitmap format. If the graph is crooked and requires rotation, goto Step 2. Otherwise proceed to Step 3.

Step 2
Click on Graph in the menu and select Rotate. A Rotation dialog will open. Enter the degrees to rotate (0 to 360 degrees) and select clockwise or anticlockwise. Click on the "Rotate" button to begin rotating the graph. If the rotated graph is still crooked, clicked on the "Restore Graph" button to restore the original graph and select another angle to rotate. 

Step 3
Input the X and Y minimum and maximum values of your graph into the corresponding boxes on the left of the dialog. Click on the graph the origin of the graph. Then click on the X axis maximum followed by the Y axis maximum. Everytime you click, you should see a blue cross marking the point you clicked. If you clicked at the wrong point at any time, right-click to clear the previously set point.

Step 4
After you have marked all the points, you should be able to see the actual coordinates of the point under the mouse. Click on the point to freeze the point (you should see a red cross marking the point) and you can then copy down the value or whatever you wish to do with it. Click anywhere on the graph again to unfreeze the point.

OptiGraph is a freeware. This means that you can distribute the software freely. However, please distribute the software with all the files intact. You are not allowed to modify the software in any way. If you really wish to add certain features or modify the software in any way, please have the courtesy to inform me.
