This program will most likely not run on a FAT32 partition! If not
it must be run on a FAT16 partition. This is a compatibility issue
with the FAT32 format. Some older software will not run on a FAT32
partition. So if you find you are unable to run software that you
used to be able to run try making a FAT16 partition on your hard
drive(s) and run the software there.

I have no Windows 95+ software writing capabilities and it is very
unlikely I ever will at this stage of the game. Sorry about that!
If this software is written with Turbo Pascal it should not run on
a FAT32 partition because I have had reports of this from users.
Most but not all my software is written with Turbo Pascal from
Borland International, which no longer owns the rights to this
product. Some of my software is written with QuckBASIC 3.0 and
Turbo BASIC and I have no idea if they will run on a FAT32 partition
because at this time I have no way to test them because although
I have Windows 98 I have no fat32 partitions because I often run
in DOS mode (not shell) and these partitions are not supported by
DOS. Besides that I would have to make a FAT16 partition to run my
own software. It is not worth all this bother to create just smaller
sized clusters.
