These are the news in DNAmend 1.01:
-----------------------------------

We removed a bug that led to a recognition of restriction sites for enzymes with
ambigious recognition sequences because of false pairing of ambigious code W and S.
Now exact site recognition for such enzymes is secure.

We inserted an error message that appears if in the sequence editor end or start
sequences are entered unless keying in at least one base of main sequence.
Such a biologically absurd construct of two single strands is avoided though this
may be plain to a scientific user anyway.

We removed some confusion with start and end sequences both in the help file and in
the Edit sequence dialog box. Again, most of the users will have managed to use the
function without any problem in 1.0. Nevertheless, now if any confusion existed it
is overcome.
