Welcome to the three rmb's!

There are three Usenet newsgroups about the Beatles for your
reading and debating pleasure.

The *unmoderated* Beatles group is rec.music.beatles. This group
is open to all questions and discussion, whether brief or involved.

It's recommended that you read the weekly "Top Twenty Frequently
Asked Questions" posting that appears here every week.

Two *moderated* groups are:

- rec.music.beatles.info: for news, press events, new music or
  video releases

- rec.music.beatles.moderated: for in-depth analysis, reviews and
  investigation of Beatles-related topics

All articles submitted and accepted for rmb.i and rmb.m will be
automatically crossposted to rmb.

The official rmb web site is:

	http://kiwi.imgen.bcm.tmc.edu:8088/public/rmb.html

Please note: rmb.i and rmb.m are new newsgroups as of 11/05/96, and
may not yet have been added at your site. If they haven't, and you
want to read those groups, ask your news administrator or help desk
to add them.

or use the automatic "faqserv"!

How it works:

Send mail to the following address:

	domo@domo.imgen.bcm.tmc.edu

(PLEASE note spelling! This is "imgen" not "imagen"...and this is via
email; it won't work if you post it.)

On the first blank line of your mail, type:

	get rmb-faqs [faqname here]

Example:

	get rmb-faqs PID

returns the FAQ "PID" to your mailbox.
