Requirements:

  - Windows 95/98 or NT
  - Basic knowledge about using the command line console.

Description:

URL2HTML is a WIN32 console (a.k.a. 'command line') application that creates
a set of 'link lists' in HTML code. It gets the links from parsing all the
Internet Explorer style '.URL' files contained in a directory and all it's
subdirectories. Each list covers a separate directory and is headed by the
directory name. The code is output to the screen but can easily be 'piped'
into a file (see the example below).

Example:

   Open a DOS-box.
Go to a directory containing .URL files (e.g. c:\windows\Favorites).
   Type: whatever-path-needed\URL2HTML > links.html
The file links.html is now created and is ready to use!

Have much fun!
