        FTPFindIt! v1.1
------------------------------------

To begin using the software, you must first specify some settings.

Click on SETTINGS.
Fill in the field for your site name. This is the internet address that
you want to search for files on (ftp) such as ftp.somewhere.com
Fill in the field for your username and password on that site, it may just
be anonymous and your email address for your password.
Check the box to save your password if you want to have it remembered each
time you run the program. This is only for security reasons for the
user. The password IS encrypted in the data file for your safety, but
some users prefer not to save the password on disk regardless.

Now you're ready to begin.

Click OK and select an option on the main dialog screen.
These options are the search type you wish to conduct.
You can search for all files by selecting one of the "all files * or *.*"
options or you can enter in your own search query.
Your own search query may consist of * for wildcards such as a*.* or
bicycle* etc...
If you are searching for a file named archie.zip you could type in
*.zip or a*.zip or arch*.* etc.

Click SEARCH to begin the searching process.
A dialog will appear if a file is located and display its path.
You then have the option of continuing the search, or downloading the file
displayed.

Note:
If no dialog appears, no files were found that matched your specification.
This version does not search through subdirectories, or recurse them.
Future version are to include directory recursion.
