Disclaimer Note:
This program and its files are supplied "AS IS", there is no legal
responsability for any damage caused in any manner by this program.
The program is free and you are free to distribute it as long as the
three original files are included.
---------------------------------------------------------------------

**** INSTALLATION ****

To Install EMX 1.0, you should have the following files included in the
emx10.zip file:

emx10.exe (Application)
emx10.txt (this file)
aarona.txt (my resume)

This four files will be automatically generated the first time the program
is runned:

emx10.cfg (Configuration file)
em_dbase.emx (E-mail address database)
hits.txt (E-mail address hits list)
hits_bcc.txt (Same as above, just separated with commas for the BCC:
field)

TO INSTALL: Just copy the three files included in the package into a
folder, preferably into a new folder. Run the emx10.exe program and
you are ready to go.

NOTE: Sorry, but you will have to generate the appropiate icon/shortcut
when running from Windows. It is a very easy process.

**** HOW TO RUN THE PROGRAM ****

* Copy all the source files (HTM/TXT) you want to use for extraction to
the emx10 folder.

* Call the program either through the RUN menu, double-clicking on it or
through a shortcut.

* After the opening screen, you will go to the options screen. If
everything is OK, just press Enter to proceed.

Options:

1.- Extract from HTML files... Yes/No (press 1 to toggle the option)

2.- Extract from TXT files ... Yes/No (same here)

3.- Erase source files........ Yes/No (same here)
Choose this option if you want emx10 to automatically erase the HTML/
TXT source files for you. Good option, avoids cleanups afterwards.
If you don't have a copy and want to keep the file, choose No.

4.- Compare to database....... Yes/No (same here)
Choose this option if you want to compare to the database the new
addresses extracted. If you already have it in the database, and choose
Yes, the address will be considered a duplicate and will not be stored.
But if you want to collect ALL addresses, even if you have them,
choose No.

5.- Sort output............... Yes/No (same here)
Choose Yes if you want the results (hits.txt/hits_bcc.txt) sorted.

6.- Domain filtering.......... All or main domain
Press 6 and input a domain if you only want addresses from that
domain (com, edu, etc.). If you chose a domain and want to go back
to All, just press 6 and the Enter.

7.- Computer Speed............ Input speed in Mhz
Important to input your computer's speed in here. It is set to 133
Mhz, but if the printing is to slow, set it lower. If the printing is
too fast, set it higher. You get to choose the speed. It also helps
estimating the time for completion.

* The extraction screen

In this screen, you get to sit back and relax. There is no user input.
Just watch how many files, or Kbytes, you have to go, or how many hits
you have collected, or the size of your database. After you see "Done..."
in the status section, you can press any key to continue.

* The final screen

In this screen I tell you about my situation, so if you know how you
can help me out, I will really appreciate it.
