File...

After clicking on "File..." you find a sub-menu.

DBX
Here you can browse for the DBX-file which represents the folder you want the email addresses from. Usually you can find it following a path like C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook Express.
Just after you selected a dbx-file, the complete path and file name will be entered in the input data sheet in the correct field.
When you selected once a file it will be remembered in the history list under "Browse". To save time, use this, the next time you look for the file.
Filter
"Select": It will load filter data from a previously saved filter file into the input data sheet.
"Save as": It will save the actually shown filter data. You are recommended always to use the button on the input sheet or the history list in the file menu. Try to avoid browsing for a file here so that filter files always have the same extension (*.flt).
Output
"Select": It will load the name of the output file you want to write to, in the input sheet. All previous info will be overwritten in the file if you use an existing file.
"Open": It will try to open the file you have written to so that you can view the resulting email-addresses. The program usually used for txt-files will be opened. Mostly this is notepad.
