BMAnalyze v1.00

This program analyzes the contents of the log file of Bandwidth
Monitor (v3.4), and makes a summary by the given arguments. The log
file registrates the actual download and upload speeds in a text file
(in each second by default). The BM measures the speed on the network
controller unit, this is why it is capable to measure your local
network's speed, too. BMAnalyze scans this log file, even while it is
being written by Bandwidth Monitor.

You can download the trial version of Bandwidth Monitor from this site:
http://www.bwmonitor.com

ATTENTION! Please set BM to use mm/dd/yyyy or yyyy.mm.dd date format
for proper processing of the log file. The European dd-mm-yyyy format
cannot be recognized in several cases.

To make the summary you have to define two speed values. One is to
declare the minimal rate of traffic to describe it as sufficient
speed. This measurement can present informations of the exhaustion or
capacity of your network, or the bandwidth of the local internet speed.
(The reason to make this tool was a conflict between the user and the
local internet provider.) The summary does not list the speed values,
it lists the rate of insufficient speed in proportion of the whole
traffic time.

Another value is to be defined: the level of the minimal significant
speed. When a measured value doesn't reach this level then the program
ignores that. It is important because the networks can present a
minimal traffic without real data transportation, and this could cause
false result.

BMAnalyze is FREEWARE, you can use and distribute it without any fee
or limits. Please always share the original setup package.

Bug reports and suggestions will always be welcome. Send your message
