				AdKiller Instructions

If for whatever reason, you need to set Internet Explorer's or Netscape's
setting manually, read on.

First the short instructions for advanced users:

AdKiller runs as a proxy server. To use it from your browser, you
have to	set the HTTP and optionally the HTTPS proxy settings to use
	127.0.0.1 and port 8000.

Note: AdKiller can't block most ads on Secure connections
since most of the communication is encrypted. Also Ads
will show up as 'broken links' on secure pages instead
		      of not being there.

*** DON'T SET ANY OTHER PROXY SETTINGS (ie. FTP) TO USE ADKILLER ***

If you are using a proxy server to access the internet, right-click
on the AdKiller icon on your system tray (Next to the clock). Open
AdKiller's setup and enter your proxy settings.
