SEGUR: What's new in version 3.3
                   --------------------------------

 * Hard disk r/w access through interrupts 13h & 26h under  Windows 95, not
available in previous versions (only readings worked). This way, you can
edit & modify sectors and restore boot & mbr if modified.

 * Memory check, looking for boot viruses. If any suspected virus is found,
users can edit the memory area where it resides, if they wish to.

 * Windows shell for 16 bits, written in Delphi. This way you don't need to
get 'vbrun300.dll' anymore: Delphi programs don't need runtimes.

                   --------------------------------
SEGUR: What's new in version 3.2
                   --------------------------------

 * Fats and root directory backup. (To floppy disk).

 * Disk and memory editors. Now disk sectors and memory can be not only
viewed but also modified. When editing, whole sectors can be erased by
means of the 'ins' key. This way multi-sector boot viruses can be easily
   removed.

 * Ascii table and interrupts list.

 * Windows and DOS versions detection.

 * Windows environment (executing avtlit16.exe). The visual basic 3.0 file
"vbrun300.dll" must be copied to c:\windows\system. If you don't know
how to get it, look for a site in the links section of segur's web page.

 * Redundant scanning when checking system areas through int. 13h, to avoid
some viruses stealth if port-reading feature is not available because
the hard disk is not an IDE.

 * Mbr restoring: if you have not a backup file of your mbr (new user!) and
it has been destroyed by a virus, 'Segur' creates a new mbr sector out
of nothing. But this function has some limitations:

   - The routine can't recover more than a partition, so it writes a parti-
tion table with just one DOS partition which handles the whole hard
     disk.

This routine can be executed from the hard disk, if you still can boot
from it, or from a floppy. Anyway, is a routine to be used as a last
     resort.

Copyboot: What's new in version 3.3
                   -----------------------------------

 * Removed fail in sectors edition.

 * When editing, whole sectors can be erased by means of the 'ins' key.
This way multi-sector boot viruses can be easily removed.

                   -----------------------------------
COPYBOOT: What's new in version 3.2
                   -----------------------------------

 * Windows and DOS versions detection.

 * Floppy boot disinfection. To make this feature available, make a backup
of the A: drive boot sector and save it as "boota.bin". Then you can
fastly disinfect as many floppies as you need with just a keypress.

                   --------------------------------------------
Features in progress and future improvements
                   --------------------------------------------

 * As said, windows shell for 16 and 32 bits. But the distribution pack is
too big to download from internet. So I only can make available to the
users a limited (lite) 16 bits version. The standard versions also in-
clude a boot viral database (virus descriptions & disinfecting instruc-
   tions).

 * Developing a binary files viewer & editor (executable files).

                   ------------------------------------

Greetings to all users. Thanks for your support and ideas.
