Where can I get the latest virus definition files?

Virus definitions are uploaded to the Symantec BBS, America On Line, and
CompuServe monthly.  They are always available free by:

  Download from the Symantec BBS 
  Download from our CompuServe forum (GO SYMVIRUS)
  Download from our America On Line forum (Industrial Connection, Symantec)
  On the Internet (ftp.symantec.com/public/windows/nav)
  On the World Wide Webb - Internet (www.symantec.com/public/windows/nav)
  Update Disk Service ($12 handling fee) or SAV-U automatic quarterly update
  service (call for pricing).  (800) 343-4714, ext. 756

	Filename:  21A05.DEF
	
	21	NAV version. This example is version 2.1
	A	A=all inclusive (you do not need previous definition updates)
	05	Number of definition release.
	
Definitions Available
	
	Definitions for NAV 1.5 and NAV 2.0 are no longer being updated.
The latest files for these two versions are 15A15.DEF (NAV 1.5) and 20A10.DEF
(NAV 2.0).  Both are current as of November 1992.  Versions 1.5 and 2.0 are
not capable of handling current definitions.  The Norton Antivirus Version
2.1 or later is required for more current definition updates.  Virus
definition files are placed on the bulletin board during the first week of
each month.
