New for version 1.0!!
---------------------

I finally got round to updating this applet. QLan now has the following new stuff:

1. Configure how QLan checks for Quake Servers (number of packets and broadcast interval).
2. Specify a program to launch from within QLan.
3. View info on the Servers that QLan has found (name, level, players (current & max) and port number).

Description:
------------

This is a Win'95 applet specifically for the LAN-Quakers out there.
It sits in the system tray and checks the LAN for any
IPX Quake servers. If one (or more) is found - the tray icon flashes and it's
time to get Quake-ing. It's as simple as that really!

QLan works happily(!) along side a Quake client i.e. you can leave QLan running whilst
running quake either in single-player or multiplayer(client) modes.

NOTE: QLan does NOT co-exist happily :( along side a Quake SERVER!

DON'T RUN A QUAKE SERVER AND QLAN TOGETHER!!

System Requirements:
--------------------
You must have the following DLL's present in order for QLan to work:

MFC42.DLL } Microsoft run-time DLL's
MSVCRT.DLL             }
32-bit Winsock DLL

If any of the above are not present/correctly installed, then the utility will not
run.

Installation:
-------------
Put the executable anywhere you like. The best thing to do is to create a shortcut to
QLan.exe and place it in Startup.
