                                Qbin v0.1
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What is Qbin?
-------------
Qbin is a simple and easy to use text editor, that allows you to quickly and
easily create and modify the Quake quit messages.

Why Qbin?
---------
Qbin is for those who want to give thier quake "mod" that extra touch of
class, by announcing thier copyright(s) and/or staffing credit(s), etc.

How do I use Qbin?
------------------
Just load it up and start editing! Most of the available commands can be
found on-screen or in on-line help.

Who is the Author of Qbin?
--------------------------
     Carl Lewis (no, not the runner :) is an 18 year-old freshman computer
science major at Cincinnati State, Cincinnati, Ohio. I developed Qbin, using
Borland's Turbo Pascal 7, in about 5 hours time (im some ways, this program
reflects it too!) I am currently a member, under the title "roots", of Clan
Evil Clown, located in Charlotte, NC, in which I help maintain and run the
Quake server remotely. I also modify thier code with new QC programming
sparks from time to time. You will often see me playing on thier server,
CLTOnline (166.82.6.253), or in #clan_evilclown on gamesnet IRC
(gamesnet.net). I wrote Qbin, to help further my clan's level creation group
by adding to thier quake mods some class. Goto http://www.wwwcom.com/ecclan/
(166.82.6.250) for more information about Clan evil clown, or if you wish to
see my own completed projects and/or wish to read about my web development
services, then please goto http://www.upcworld.com/3ddelta. You can reach me
via EMAIL at roots@upcworld.com. I love feedback, suggestions, and error
reports, so go ahead and send them at will!

Planned Changes (in order of probability)
---------------
* Directory Browsing, instead of fill-in-the-blanks (yuk!)
* Better Docs (heh)
* Drawing features. This will allow you to make ASCII boxes, by simply moving
  the keyboard cursors (or the mouse if I get it implemented)
* As inferred from above: Mouse support!
* Drop-Down Mouse Menu
* The ability to draw lines, boxes, and circles with the mouse
