Description of the Modification
-------------------------------
This is my second attempt at modifying an existing level for use with the
Eliminator bots. It is DM6 with bi-directional path travel, camping spots,
and complete usage usage of the maze. The lightning gun room cannot be opened
by the bots, but if they fall in they can get out.

How to Install the Modification
-------------------------------
1. You will need to unpack your pak0.pak and pak1.pak files. I use Adquedit,
a Windows based unpacker. Move the original pak files to a storage dir
somewhere to keep Quake from accesssing them.

2. You will need the Eliminator Bot patch by Cameron Newham to gain anything
useful from this level. Get the latest from:
   ftp.cdrom.com/pub/quake/quakec/bots/eliminator
Install it and make sure it works. I used QBSP to patch the .map files
   into the .bsp's...

3. Get and install QDTOOLS (Had problems with QBSP and my .MAPs). Copy the
dm6.bsp from your quake\id1\maps dir and the dm6.map from this archive
to the qdtools dir and run:

QDIMPORT DM6.MAP DM6.BSP TEMP.BSP <-- Neccesary to prevent disk error
   Copy the temp.bsp to \quake\elim14\maps\dm6.bsp
Run Quake -listen -game elim14 (-listen puts you in multiplayer mode)

4. Type IMPULSE 166 in the console to produce a bot, up to a total of ten,
and spread some guts on the walls! :-)

Bugs

Interestingly enough, the bots switch direction for no apparant reason
sometimes, though it's hard to catch. That's what I get for overlapping
waypoints :-)
