Nightvision v1.01

Hi! before I say anything else I would like to thank nelno at Ion Storm
for his help with this patch.

Instructions:

        1. Store the PAK0.PAK file in a subdirectory of your Quake called nightvis
program directory EXCEPT the \id1 subdirectory. (Trust me, you
DON'T want to erase your old PAK0.PAK file.)

        2. Start up Quake using the -game parameter to indicate which
subdirectory the PAK0.PAK file is stored under. For example,
if Quake is in C:\QUAKE and the new PAK0.PAK file is in
C:\QUAKE\NIGHTVIS, you would use the following command line for
            Quake:

            QUAKE -game NIGHTVIS

        3. Well this is my first qc patch for quake, it seems a little late since
Quake 2 will probably hit around december.
But anyway, this nightvision patch is a deathmatch only patch !!
it is a new powerup like invulnerability. in version 1.00 which was
never released I built a new model for this powerup but it required
custom levels built to include the new powerup, I thought that was too
limited since everyone has "favorite" levels. so in this version the
powerup is activated with the green armor.

this is more a seudo nightvision because it has one limitation
it can't brighten dark levels (I'm working on that)....
what it does is turns off all of the ambient light so that the level
becomes very dark for your opponents. (you can still see lava, sky,
and some lights will show on some levels) so you can stand back and watch
everyone bump into the walls and each other while you pick them off.

but lookout your muzzle flash will give away your position and quad
damage will light you up like a lightbulb (great target !)
but this powerup lasts for 60 seconds and respawns slower than normal
	    armor but faster than invulnerability.

I've found that this patch works best on naturally bright levels.
