LIMIT ON ONE CAMERA PER GAME REMOVED!!!
  It was a major code change and I still can't tell there are no bugs.
  Also expect slowdowns or 'runaway loop error' with too many cameras active.
FIXED mode change improved. Target's distance is tested so camera will not
  turn to FIXED when everybody is visible but very far away.
FLYBY mode has wider range of possible initial positions when there is trouble
  with search for one. Smaller number is tested when no problem.
IDLE mode enhanced - now camera may do a real walkthrough of the level if you
  give it time enough. Camera now will not look to a nearest wall before any
  player connects.
Added IMPULSE 212 to 217 to improve existing modes. You can lock individual
  player, make FOLLOW mode be forced whenever possible, switch players in
  respective order. Check the KC18DOC.TXT
Removed some other minor bugs... don't remember all of them

New DEATH mode (not manually selectible)
Actor's name and score reported via CENTERPRINT and only to the camera
Reports appear at start of take and while dying
Improved target selection - randomly used frag count, overall health and
  random selection
Dead players now don't have to fall on the floor to respawn :-)
If switched to a new player, camera doesn't switch to FIXED mode during
  first 10 seconds
FIXED mode switch criteria hardened. There have to be more players visible
FLYBY mode camera rotation made faster
