======================== RESUME 0.95 ====================================
This patch keeps a backup of players' scores in case someone suffers
a random disconnection during a net or modem game. The patch
restores a player's previous frag count if he reconnects to the server within
5 minutes of being disconnected.
This patch has a flaw -- it can only identify players by their names, which
leaves it open to abuse by morons (use your imagination). You may wish to
only use it for clan matches or on a closed server.
Btw, you must keep the same name throughout the game to benefit from the
patch.

First version number was 0.90, written by Jim Steers, 04/10/96.
Gripes about inefficient programming are legitimate -- I'm not a programmer.
This and a couple of other early patches were written on request, for
practice.
This version is 0.95, made on 06/12/96. The only change is to limit updates
to once a second. First release ran updates every 1/10th second,
too much unnecessary work for the processor.

The source is in .qc and unified diff format, made from v1.06 QC code.
Progs.dat file included. As this file is only of interest to server ops,
I've left out instructions on how to run the patch, etc .. experience is
assumed.
