Intro:
You awaken, stunned but alive, in the sleeping quarters of the supply ship Valenz, your charter for the last six months. The ship has been attacked by space pirates, a routine occurrence on runs such as this. During your sleep shift, the pirates overtook the Valenz's flight controls, docked with the hull, and released Sarapromide-B into the ventilation system. The gas is an extremely illegal adrenal stimulant that sends its victims into violent seizures and usually results in grotesque suicides. As your bunkmate, Ortell, can attest, your survival instinct is quite potent. You overcame the initial impact of the gas, sating your urges by assisting Ortell in his dismemberment.
As for the rest of the five man crew, there is little hope. You heard Baird begging for his life just outside the fuel access hatch moments ago. In the distance, you can still make out the agonized moans of Sanchez and Kelly as they claw at their flesh.
Now, as the effect of the gas lingers in your system, you grab the pistol strapped to the underside of the pool table for just this type of occasion. The ship's course has been remotely set towards the nearest pirate stockyard and the pirate's vessel has long since departed. But a clean-up team remains to make sure the gas did its job and to see to it that the Valenz reaches its new destination. Your only chance for survival is to eliminate this clean-up team and access the transport shuttle attached to the side of the ship. In an emergency such as this, the shuttle will automatically set a course for the nearest populated system and activate its onboard cryogenic sleep chamber.

Good Luck!
