Vectrox Freeze Frag v1.34 BETA

Welcome to Vectrox Freeze Frag!

Freeze Frag is a Quake2 mod written by Hill (ViPeR) Robertson.
Since this is a BETA version, documentation is not yet officially
available.

This software is NOT to be distributed, sold, or modified without
approval from Vectrox. It is installed and used at user's own risk.
Vectrox and Hill Robertson are NOT responsible for any damage that
may be caused.

INSTALLATION:

WINDOWS:

1. Be sure you have a good backup of all important files before
continuing.

2. Unzip the archive into your Quake2 directory with the create
subdirectory option turned on. It will create a subdirectory
freezefrag.

3. You may then start the server manually or you can use one of the
included batch files to start it (ffded.bat for dedicated server or
ff.bat for client/server).

4. (Optional) A motd.txt file is included if you wish to use it or modify it
with your own message of the day to be displayed when players enter
the fragfest. To be used, it must be moved or copied from the freezefrag
directory into the quake2 directory.


LINUX:

subdirectory named freezefrag.

3. You may then start the server manually or you can use one of the
included shell scripts to start it (ffded for dedicated server or
ff for client/server).

the fragfest. To be used, it must be moved or copied from the freezefrag
directory into the quake2 directory.
