SlaughteRama Version 1.01

Install instructions:
Remember pkunzip -d
Put the lot of this in quake/srama
For QW, if you setinfo MOTD with a string, it will be printed as the last
lines of the MOTD when a player joins the server.

Basic Game instructions:
Kill the guy who is it.
When you become it, kill everybody else.

RULES
    *For every 8 players, 1 is it.
    *When the level starts, you must find the It item and you will become It.
    *When you become it you aquire these things:
        -All the weapons.
        -Infinite ammo.
        -200 red armor.
        -200 health.
        -a 12 second immobile wait. (the countdown you see)
        -a 15 seconds of Invincibility.
        -a very bright white glowing effect.
        -double damage.
        -inability to pick up runes, backpacks, and pentagrams.
    *It will automatically drop his rune if he has one.
    *It will automatically DIE if he is it for 5 minutes.
    *Blue players cannot hurt each other.
    *It players cannot hurt each other.
    *When you are spawned, you get 3 seconds of invulnerability.
    *It can only be killed by other players or by being it too long.
    *If it discharges in the water, he will survive but will not be able
        to discharge again until he picks up some cells.
    *Normal players will die if they discharge (unless invulnerable.
        This will happen BEFORE It is killed if it is also killed.)
    *If It is killed just after killing the person who killed him, he will
        drop an It item.  (nobody won.)
    *If all players vote to leave a level (impulse 86), then the level
        will end just after the last person votes.
    *The It item looks like a combined Quad and Pentagram.
    *The It item moves every minute to prevent impossible situations.
