your Quake/ID1/Maps directory and then start the game.
Choose which skill setting you wish to play on by typing
"SKILL <0-3>" (0 for easy, 1 for normal, 2 for hard,
3 for nightmare(se above)) and then type "MAP sadlark9" to begin.
