This level was designed to be fast and fun.  Basically, it's a symetrical
level that branches off a central room.  There are no camping spots or sniper
nests because every room has at least 2 entrances.  The R_SPEEDS values are 
WAY, WAY below 450 and the surfs are WAY below 50.  There are no grenade
launchers, doors, or platforms so this level should be fairly lag free.
