This is part of a study in map styles.  (See included essay.txt.)
This is the first map I've done that's Deathmatch-enabled.  I haven't
done much DM testing, but it seems like it's decent.  There's a
particularly nice bug in the DM where the rocket launcher
spawns on a train that's constantly moving through the level.  I *hope*
this is a consistent effect.
