Base            : New level.
Build Time      : Too long
Editor(s) used  : Worldcraft 1.6 for construction, Quark for error checking
Known Bugs      : Something is wrong with a texture in the water bit, probably
                  some other errors i can't think of right now

Compile machine         : Pentium II 266MMX/128MB 
qbsp3 Time              : 50 seconds 
qvis3 Time              : about 4 hours
qrad3 Time              : about 2 hours 
                  

* Level info *

There is a large sewer pipe which connects the two bases.  Outside this is a large open
area with water in it.  Altogether there are 4 diferent ways of getting in and out of
each base, so captures are pretty easy to get.  Go have a look at the map as it will
be much better than me trying to describe it.
