Description of the Modification
-------------------------------
Unimpressed with the skins floating around the net (I have collected ~150 and found
4 that I like), I decided to do some original designs. All of my artwork is intended
to look as if it belongs in the Quake "story".

Technical Details
-----------------
Cannot wait for 16bit or higher color palettes. Often my original paintings became
mangled by the 256 color Quake palette. Half the work is simply repainting after
reducing color depth.

Photoshop 3.0.5
Paint Shop Pro 4.11
QuakeMe 1.2
Grafixer 1.0
XPAK 1.1

Bugs/Issues
-----------
In artwork? Sure. Some of the skins do not line up 100% accurately. Hey, I'm not
getting paid for this, and no one will ever notice!

I cannot draw satisfying black leather/vinyl with the Quake palette. It always comes
out too dithered or burnt.

Copyright and Distribution Permissions

commercially available work without my permission. I would more than likely
allow use of my work, but ASK first!

You may distribute this Quake modification in any electronic format as long

FAQ
---
Q: Can I use skin XXX for my clan?
A: Yes, just ask first. Then post the skin on your clan page and give me credit.
Q: Can I modify your skin for my clan?
A: Yes, just ask first. (most of the "changes" I've seen so far really suck)
Q: Will you allow exclusive usage for my clan?
A: Does your clan suck? If not, then probably. Send me a clan webpage address and
   I'll think about it.

Q: Will you do a new skin for my clan?
A: Probably. First give me some concepts/ideas and I'll think about it. Don't expect
me to whip up something with no direction. Those ideas are mine and will stay in the
Book of Skinz.

Q: I need help making a skin of my own.
A: Go to my webpage for full details.

Q: What other skins have you done?
A: A few here and there. Bubbah's updated snakeman, Means of Destruction's Gatling Gun.

Q: How do I use skins with the Reaper Bot?
A: Go to my webpage. There are several issues and skin libs available for download.

Q: We still play Quake on a LAN, how can we use your skins?
A: MultiSkin Pro 2.0 is coming your way soon! See webpage for details.

Q: Can you add a little info about each skin?
A: See my webpage, my creative spillage will be there.
