Unzip 'armor.zip'. 
Copy the 'armor.mdl' to either '..\quake\id1\progs\' (If you want
to run another patch at the same time) or '..\quake\armor(or something)\progs\'.
type 'quake -game armor' or whatever you named the subdirectory instead
of 'armor'.
