Final DOOM: Evilution

Patch level for MAP31 to solve a solo play problem. The yellow key
is not available except in multiplayer mode and therefore you cannot
complete the level. This has never been fixed by id Software since
the release of Final DOOM in 1996.

To use, simply add this WAD file name on the command line or in the
list of WADs used with DOOM2.EXE in a Final DOOM TNT installation.
In the Win95 version of Final DOOM, after putting this fix WAD in
the game's subdirectory, you'll find it in the list of add-on WADs.
Just select it there.

In multiplayer mode, both (or all) of the
players must use this patch. Some demos of MAP31 may not play
back correctly. It is not for use with regular DOOM2 or the Plutonia
portion of Final DOOM.

Example use from the DOS prompt of an installation of the TNT part of
Final DOOM:

  DOOM2 -FILE TNT31.WAD

If you use DM.EXE that comes with DOOM2 for multiplayer or as a general
front-end, just specify TNT.WAD and then TNT31.WAD on consecutive
lines of the (F3) WADs screen.
