Description             : This release ensures that the namesake
                          semi-official maps, featured in the ports for the
                          original Xbox console, have original compositions
                          and proper level progression.
                          
                          This release can be used either with the
                          stand-alone versions of these maps or with the
                          IWADs extracted from Doom 3 Collector's Edition for
                          Xbox.
                          
                          betray_fix.wad and sewers_fix.wad feature DeHackEd
                          lumps and (C)WILVxx lumps so that the actual names
                          of these maps will show up on the automap and
                          intermission screen.
                          
                          Meanwhile, doom2_xb_fix.wad and doom_xb_fix.wad,
                          intended for use with the Xbox IWADs, ensure
                          correct level progression in UMAPINFO-compatible
                          ports.
                          
                          betray_fix.deh and sewers_fix.deh are included
                          merely for compatibility with the original Boom
                          source port, which lacks support for embedded
                          DeHackEd lumps.

Other files required    : betray_fix.wad and sewers_fix.wad are meant to be
                          loaded after betray.wad / betrayxb.wad and
                          sewers.wad / sewersxb.wad, respectively.
                          doom2_xb_fix.wad and doom_xb_fix.wad are meant to
                          be loaded after the Xbox variants of doom2.wad and
                          doom.wad, respectively.
                          
                          One can use either a utility to patch the
                          traditional versions of doom2.wad and doom.wad up
                          to the Xbox version, such as
                          https://drinkybird.net/_jekyll/doom/omniscient/, or
                          raw Xdelta patches, like the ones from
                          https://github.com/Doom-Utils/iwad-patches.


* Construction *

Base                    : New from scratch, but borrowing a MIDI from
                          ultimidi.wad.
Build Time              : A day for commissioning the MIDI itself, plus an
                          evening for compiling the WADs after several months
                          of inactivity.
Known Bugs              : The exit of the version of Sewers featured in the
                          Xbox IWAD will take the player back to Hangar; this
                          is intentional.
May Not Run With        : Vanilla, since I did not test if the brand-new
                          MIDIs can be converted successfully to MUS.
Tested With             : Woof!, using both Microsoft GS Wavetable SW Synth
                          and FluidSynth with the soundfont gm.sf2 by remus.
