Description : A short, punchy Doom I map. I tried to channel
my inner 1994 a bit in making this one. Didn't
necessarily succeed but had fun and learned
a lot in the process :)
			  Limit removing (-complevel 3)

Additional Credits to : Music by Phoenyx.
Bytefyre, my accomplice in this fun little
			  gag. And Napsalm, our unknowing
			  subject and in essence playtester.

I made a map in April of 2023 and then sent it, along with the following
message to Bytefyre.

-
Hi Byte, I was wondering if you might like to participate in a little
practical joke I came up with.

I made a Doom I map and altered the dates on the file, so it reads as if
created in 8-27-1994. When Naps plays it he'll immediately think it's fishy
because it's very detailed and stuff, and when he gets to the end a
Computer Area Map will reveal text on the map saying: "Naps, wake up,
you are in Peccatum's map".

[...]Could I send the file to you and ask you to pass it along to Naps,
as a file that 'you have found somewhere in your old stash, it probably
wasn't uploaded to de DSDA archive ever but it was a thing that went
around back then'?

Bytefyre humored me and Napsalm played the map on stream.
Napsalm was a good sport and indeed thought there was something slightly
off when a trap or two felt 'too modern' for 1994. Good fun, thanks guys!

Just to be absolutely clear: I used some kind of software to alter the
date of the wad file to 1994. I only used it for that one time and have
no idea anymore what the software was. My PC has since then broken and
I don't feel like downloading it again to change it back.

I added the music track 'Myoclonus' by Phoenyx from the Cyberdreams
MIDI pack in March of 2025, added and ENDOOM and shipped it like that.
Thank you for the lovely music Phoenyx!
