SMRL: The Shoulder
          Mounted Created by
          Rocket Tony Collen (trcolle@ibm.net)
          Launcher version 1.2

Hello! It's been a while since the last release of SMRL. In that time, I
have gotten a few Emails, but not many. Anyway, many of you wanted the
sprite locations, etc... for your own PWAD / Graphics use. Here they are:

        Center of Cross-hairs: XXX,XXX
This is assuming the bottom left-hand pixel in the
graphic is 0,0, and that if you go up, the numbers
get larger, and if you go right the #'s get larger.
(For you technical types, assume the GIF is in
quadrant I and the bottom left-hand pixel is 0,0)

*NEW ADDITIONS: -Sight is visible while firing
-Sight changes red to indicate firing
                -"Hidden Graphics"

Not much to say here:
just make sure SMRL.BAT, UN-SMRL.BAT, and RUNME1ST.BAT are in the same
directory that DOOM is in. The following is an example; your DOOM directory
may be different.

C:\DOOM --- Your DOOM directory. Make SURE the three .BAT files are here.
C:\DOOM\SMRL --- The SMRL directory. If you run RUNME1ST.BAT, all of the
GIFs included will be moved here.
C:\DOOM\ORIG-RKT --- This is where the original, between-the-legs Rocket
                     Launcher is sleeping :)

BEFORE YOU START: Run the .BAT file called "RUNME1ST". This'll take care of
the housekeeping for you. After that, type "SMRL".

Thanks to David Biggs, the ingenious creator of CHOOK. Without it,
I wouldn't have been able to get the sprite offsets. They're a BEOCH to work
with. If you have ANY questions, suggestions, flames, etc, E-Mail me at
trcolle@ibm.net, and I'll reply. Please note that I am constantly working
on *_NEW_* Doom-related projects, such as PWADS. Don't be surprised if I
don't answer right away. But I will answer. I swear. I'm gonna work on
a headset-type Plasma Rifle, so look for something like HMPR_V10.ZIP or
something. (Head Mounted Plasma Rifle... trust me -- this _will_ look cool.
