Scenario	    :		The Kirkwall city traffic computer has
			blown a fuse. It can be fixed, but this
			will take time... meanwhile the traffic
			is in chaos.
			It is down to YOU, with your helicopter,
			to control the traffic lights by remote
			control!

Instructions	    :	The game lasts two minutes, during this
			time you control the traffic lights
			using the mouse to press the buttons
			marked "1" to "4".

Score		    :	Your score is based on the total number
			of seconds waited by the cars. It is
			your aim to achieve a LOW score.

Author		    :   	This game was designed and written by
			Robert Buckley.

Information	    :	This game is "postcardware", this means
			that although there is no charge, the
			author would appreciate a postcard of
			your home town.
