Changes to Version 1.08

* The Tutorial can now be saved.

* The shortcut list for country selection has been removed because it grew too large and caused crashes.

* Two rather rare ingame crashbugs was hunted down and fixed.

* A crashbug in the frontend was fixed.

* A problem where you sometimes had to click twice in a listbox to select has been fixed.

* The amount of random events in a multiplayer game should now be the same as in a single player game.

* Chat now have priority, so you will not close windows while pressing return while in chat. 

* The crashes in chat has now been removed.

* Fixed a bug that reversed the pirates land and naval technology.

* Space and return should no longer interfere with the chat selection.

* Conquistadors and explorers from random events will now die.

* If you are much ahead in tech tree historically, then costs will be much higher.

* Technology catchup was slightly tweaked.

* The AI will now be a bit more aggresive in non european CoTs.

* AI can no longer be bought off with white peace immediately if they attack you.

* The AI will no longer offer cash for a quick peace if he seems to be winning the war.

* A few minor bugs in the military AI were fixed, regarding priorities, garrisons and deployment.

* Bankruptcy now worsens inflation instead of decreasing it.

* Some improvements were made in the Russian and Turkish AI's.

* Statereligion tolerance can now be same as other religions.

* You can no longer get infinite money by switching religion back and forth.

* There should be no more missions for the year 3000.

* You will no longer worsen relations with your allies after you annex another country together.

* Assaults can no longer be called off.

* Some minor tweaks to diplomacy AI.

* Holstein and Kurland now turn protestant 

* Games saved with previous versions are not compatible with 1.08







Changes to Version 1.07c

------------------------

* The game should now work even if your soundcard drivers are not installed.

* A system code which made the game not working on older win95 systems have been fixed.

* There have been some tweaks to vassalisations and relations.

* Lagout counters are now reset when messagebox pops up.

* Chat is also accessible from Tab.

* Multiplayer chat text is now shown much longer on screen, and is also stored in the log.





Changes to Version 1.07b

* The amount of nations pounding down an aggressive powermonger is slightly smaller now.

* The anti power mongering AI has been tweaked and become smarter.

* You will not be considered a power monger for taking provinces when attacked, only when annexing or doing offensive wars.

* The anti power mongering is now in full effect against the other AI nations too.

* Rebel nations will not have any immediate problem with nationalism.

* A lot of code affecting relations between countries have been tweaked.

* A rare crashbug was fixed.



Changes to Version 1.07

* The AI will now keep its fleets around a bit more often.

* The AI is a bit more likely to accept status quo peace offers if no action has happened the last year.

* Revolt risk based on religious differences are shown correctly now, even if enemy occupied.

* You can no longer convert to counter reform after the edict of tolerance.

* A Multiplayer crashbug was fixed.



Changes to Version 1.06

* The neverending combat bug has been removed.

* A crashbug in the ledger has been fixed.

* The AI function to determine strategic importance has been rewritten.

* Relations with catholic countries are not worsened when you convert to counter-reform.

* A crashbug with annexing countries that still controlled foreign provinces were fixed.

* Rightclick shortcut to disband units now works in all cases.

* Player nations can no longer refuse peace if they do not control any provinces.

* Stability investment cost is increased for each province not belonging to the state religion.

* Karl XII gets his correct historical events now, and not cause any crashes for Karl IX.

* Cheating the inflation with the sliders is no longer possible.

* When doubleclicked, sliderbuttons tend to move a bit before turning grey

* The AI now abides by morale restrictions when assaulting.

* The AI will no longer build huge fleets he can't afford.

* A huge amount of text errors has been fixed in the swedish version.

* AI will now disband useless fleets.

* AI will now reduce maintenance cost when at peace.

* A heavily outnumbered army, or one lacking infantry and cavalry, will now be overrun and flee.

* Troops may now be moved through allied territory to move them home after a war.

* When an assault on a fortress is cancelled, the "assault sound" will now stop.

* The AI will now be much less likely to be bought off to a seperate peace.

* AI is slightly better at handling inflation now.

* AI should now take bank loans when needing it.

* Newly conquered provinces will have a nationalistic revolt risk for the first 30 years, slightly decreasing over the years.

* The AI for declaration of war should be a bit smarter now.

* The AI will now be a bit more wary against expansionist powermongers.

* Technology development speed has been tweaked to not skyrocket, and making countries with advantages able to keep them better.

* Another potential multiplayer crashbug was fixed.

* Military AI has recieved a few tweaks to eliminate a few times where it lost units.

* The "The population of x is rebelling against rebels" textbug has been fixed.

* Population growth has been slightly tweaked.

* The historical leaders and monarchs has been updated.

* The chance of rebels auto-taking fortresses has been made dependent on revolt risk now.

* Manufactury construction canceled by losing the city will no longer block the construction-site forever.

* You can no longer cheat naval attrition by reorganising to a new unit.

* AI will now build infantry when it lacks it.

* AI will now work a bit better with handling inflation.

* Autosend merchant now has the same restrict on targets as regular merchants.

* A bug in combat causing a side to freeze at retreat morale got fixed.

* A serious multiplayer bug which caused clients to modify important data was fixed.

* The lagmessage box in multiplayer was bugfixed.

* English AI may now focus more on conquering the british isles when possible.
