Automatic team selection will now fill up the team with the fewest number of players (make sure to select team "None" to trigger auto-select)

Added code to have AIs leave and join to balance when players join and leave

Changed terrain collision response for the camera when using free-look. Can now look "up" better.
Added a user modifyable dead-zone for joysticks
