Patch v1.3 Changes (from v1.2)

21 December 2001

1. Updated Help/About to Version 1.3. Check it to see if patch was

successful. The patch changes only rgw.exe, the help file and

    the OOB for 10 scenarios.

2. All unit information is displayed on the maps at the end of a

scenario regardless of Fog of War option.

3. Type of attack (Breakthrough, Capture Hex, or Holding) is

displayed on the Combat Results screen (bottom box).

4. Air units that are attacked on the ground and forced to retreat

    are destroyed in all cases.

5. Defending units against a Holding attack are now marked only if

the attack is successful. Additionally, defending units are no

longer required to retreat due to a Holding attack.

6. The display attribute that displays Eliminated units at the XY

locations where they were eliminated is now valid again. It

    works on v1.0, v1.1 and v1.3, but not v1.2.

7. Units in an enemy tank/mech/motorized unit ZOC no longer get a

supply loss due to being in the enemy ZOC.

8. Units starting in an enemy tank/mech/motorized HQ unit ZOC have

zero chance of not being able to move due to that ZOC. Further,

HQ units in an enemy tank/mech/motorized unit ZOC have zero

chance of not being able to move due to that ZOC.

9. Auto scrolling is now based on the screen resolution selected,

not fixed at 800 and 600.
