** If you are experiencing a runtime error while installing Duke-It-Out-In-D.C. please try the following:

1) Create a directory on your hard drive called NEWDUKE.

Windows 95 Users can create the NEWDUKE directory by using Explorer (Right click on your MY COMPUTER icon), select your hard drive from the list on the right, then select FILE and NEW then finally FOLDER. A "New Folder" is created which you can rename NEWDUKE.

2) Copy the contents of the Duke-It-Out-In-D.C. CD-ROM into the new NEWDUKE directory on your hard drive.

DOS Users can do this by typing "COPY *.* C:\NEWDUKE" from the Duke-It-Out-In-D.C. CD-ROM (where C:\NEWDUKE is the directory you just created).

Windows 95 Users can accomplish this by using Explorer. Select all of the files on the Duke-It-Out-In-D.C. CD-ROM by choosing EDIT and SELECT ALL. Next select EDIT and COPY. Now open the newly created DUKEDC and choose EDIT and PASTE. The files from the Duke-It-Out-In-D.C. CD-ROM should now be copied into your NEWDUKE directory.

3) Copy the new install.exe file found in the Zip archive over the old install.exe. Copy the gamer.exe over the old gamer.exe in the C:\NEWDUKE\DUKEDC directory.

DOS Users place the DUKEDCP.EXE in the C:\NEWDUKE directory and type DUKEDCP and press ENTER.

Windows 95 users can double click on the DUKEDCP.EXE and you will be prompted to extract the files to the default C:\NEWDUKE directory.

4) From the C:\NEWDUKE directory type INSTALL and ENTER to begin the installation process. Your installation should complete successfully. Follow the manual that accompanied your Duke-It-Out-In-D.C. to finish the installation process.
