I. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Pentium II/400 MHz or equivalent processor
64 Megs RAM
660MB Hard Disk Space
SVGA, high-color (16-bit)
16-bit DirectX 8-compatible sound card
Direct 3D Compatible 3D Graphics Accelerator capable of multitexturing and with at least 16 megabytes of video RAM.


For Windows 2000/XP :
Pentium II/400 MHz or equivalent processor
128 Megs RAM
660MB Hard Disk Space
SVGA, high-color (16-bit)

III. USING THE INVENTORY
_______________________________________________________________________

Die Hard: Nakatomi Plaza revolves around a primary and secondary weapon slot.

To switch weapons simply push your default Primary or Secondary selection.  The HUD will change allowing you to use you mouse wheel (default) to select a different weapon.  Pushing the fire key selects the weapon for usage.

IV. NOTES

If you are experiencing poor performance or a low frame rate, Lower the Music Volume to Zero, then exit out of the game and then restart.

V. VIDEO CARDS
_______________________________________________________________________

ATI Technologies 

Radeon 
- Many of the HUD's will not look visually complete.  The fix however is not supported by the retail drivers that come with the video card.  The latest drivers at http://www.ati.com for any of the Radeon card series does have a fix for this issue.  
- Users may experience graphical glitches during.  Character eyes may appear to have no texture (white).

Once the drivers are installed:
- Go to the display settings and click advanced under settings
- Click on the Direct3D tab
- Click on Alternate Pixel Center
- This will require restarting the computer before it takes effect.

VI. KNOWN ISSUES

Joystick Compatibility: Die Hard: Nakatomi Plaza has limited joystick support, we have tested this product with many controllers, about 40% will work properly. Please visit the Die Hard Nakatomi Website for further updates for a possible fix.

User with ATI Rage Fury 128 with Windows 2000 may experience crashes. We will be looking into this. Please visit the Die Hard Nakatomi Website or the ATI website for further updates for a possible fix.

User with 64 MB of system memory: you may experience the first line of dialogue out of sync with the subtitles.

Nvidia Video Cards 
GeForce 3 - Many of the HUD's will not look visually complete.  The fix however is not supported by the retail drivers that come with the video card.  The latest drivers at http://www.nvidia.com for any of the Geforce card series does have a fix for this issue.  
Once the drivers are installed:
- Go to the display settings and click advanced under settings
- Click on the Geforce3 tab
- Click on Additional Properties
- Click on Quincunx Antialiasing(tm)

Windows2000
User may experience keys that may seem to be stuck down on the keyboard(sticky keys) , please make sure service pak 2 has been installed
