This package will install version 1.27 Public Beta to your Operation Flashpoint working directory.

****IMPORTANT NOTE: This is Beta version code. Please report any problems directly to Bohemia Interactive Studios' forums http://www.flashpoint1985.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard/forums.cgi?forum=19.

The results of this testing process will be incorporated into version 1.3, which will be part of the official Upgrade 3, to be released in a few weeks.

Naturally, a Beta version will contain bugs and incompatibilities which will be resolved in the final release. In particular, you should bear in mind that it is not possible to mix v1.27 and v1.2 players in a multiplayer game.

FULL AND ORIGINAL VERSION OF OPERATION FLASHPOINT UPGRADED TO v1.20.


HOW TO INSTALL:
===============
Insert the original Operation Flashpoint CD in your CD ROM drive and run the attached exe. It should install version 1.27 automatically to your Operation Flashpoint directory.


WHAT'S NEW
==========

Version 1.27 fixes various issues found in 1.26.


KNOWN ISSUES
============
- Horizon sky clipping (colored artifacts are displayed on the horizon)

This issue will be resolved in version 1.30.

  Now two enumerations are provided - on default DirectPlay port and on port given by player.
  This fixes problems with enumeration with most firewalls.
