Original Readme from QWTF Comms...

Right, this selection of scripts gives you access to 144 messages through the use of the 12 function keys.
It's very simple to use so don't panic.
pressing F1 to F12 activates the group you want to use and then F1 to F12 (Again) sends the appropriate message. The second press of the Function key will always send the same location with the exception of when you are using the MEET and ATTACK functions. IE pressing F6 to activate Current Position followed by F7 will send the message "Current Position - Spiral", Pressing F3 to activate Our Flag Down followed by F7 will send the message "Our Flag Down - Spiral". That should make sense when you play with it.
There's a Publisher file in here (Quake msg) which shows you the keys and their associated commands. I have to have the scripts printed in front of me until I remember them =) If you don't have Publisher then look at the text file (quakemsg).

All these files have installed into quake\id1\tf\ by default. You will need to move MSG.CFG back up one level into quake\id1\

I know that some of you will balk at learning new message bindings, it does take some time and effort to learn how to use them (as it does each time you change your config files). I would urge you to try however as they really do increase the ease with which you may communicate with your team. I've noticed this especially when playing on the public servers, only those using simliar scripts actually manage to communicate effectively.
