Demonic Server Utility - Copyright 2000 Team EEG

Setup
This utility works for Demonic CTF, Demonic Death Match, Demonic Soccer, in addition to any standard Quake 3
server setup. The sub-directory demonic will contain dctfutil.exe, and a demonic.bat file will be created in 
your "quake III arena" directory. To start the server, simply click on the Demonic Server shortcut on your
desktop. You will see the main page when you start the program. 

Player Stats
Parsing a logfile will read all *.log files in the specified directory and output an HTML file. There are
also stats for each weapon each player uses. The clan pages link to the clan's home page and gives stats
and rank to every member.

General Settings
Server Type - Sets the type of server as listen, LAN, or internet. 
Hostname - This name will appear as your server name when a server search is done. 
Time Limit - The map will change after the specified time. 
Frag Limit - The map will end when a player reaches this number. 
Capturelimit Limit - The map will end when a CTF team reaches this number. 
Server Password - This is only valid if "Private Server" is checked. The clients will be asked for this
password when they enter your server before being allowed to play. 
RCON Password - You may type this into your server to execute server commands from a remote computer. 
Weapon Respawn Time - The time in seconds that you want the weapons to respawn. This should never be set to 0
since it will result in players instantly maxing out their ammo. 
Message of the Day - This message will appear to the client when joining the server. 
Port - The network port of your server. 
Logfile Name - The games played on your server will be saved to this file. 
Port - The server port. 
Max Client Rate - If 0, there is no limit. Other numbers will max out the clients' rates. 
Max Clients - The maximum number of clients allowed on your server. 
Quad Factor - This is the number of times past 1 that you want the quad to be multiplied. Note - 3 means
damage is multiplied by 4. 
Player Kick Inactive Time - If a player is idle for this number of seconds, the server will automatically kick
them off. Setting this to 0 means that there is no minimum time. 
Force Respawn - When a player dies he will respawn without hitting any buttons. 
Private Server - Password is needed for clients to play. 
Allow Demo - If this is set, players may record demos, but this slows down server performance. 
Pure Server - The pk3 files are checked for authentication. 
Allow Vote - The clients may vote on available server and map features. 
Friendly Fire - Shooting your team mates does damage. 
Cheats - Cheats will be enabled. 

Maps 
Each "game type" will have it's own specific map list.
Current Map List - The current map cycle of your server. This will repeat. 
Import From Pak File - This will read any *.pk3 file and add the maps available to play on your server. You
may also search for *.bsp files to add individual maps. 
Add - Select the maps you want from "Available Maps", and then they will be added to your "Current Map List"
upon hitting this button. 
Delete - Select the maps in your "Current Map List" that you want deleted, and they will be deleted upon
hitting this button. 

Death Match
Clicking on any DM settings will instantly update the number under "DM Flags". 

Demonic Flags
Instagib - 0 - Off, 1 - Instagib railgun, 2 - Instagib Gauntlet, 3 - Players start with all weapons and ammo 
Goal Limit - Only for Demonic Soccer. The map will change when this number of goals is hit. 
Demonic Flags - 1 - Weapons Stay, 2 - Random Maps. 

Bot Setup
Difficulty - The overall difficulty of your bots. 
Minimum Players - As stated, this is the minimum number of players on the server. If a client joins, the bots
will leave to reflect this number.
