Base : Rebuilt from The Last Command in UT

Notes
-----
This is a remake of Myscha's "The Last Command" which was a CTF map in UT. It is probably the most controversial map that came in the box because it of it's unbalanced design, and features a horrible cheat that makes the blue base easily compromised. I removed the entire red base, and duplicated the blue base. The new blue base became the red base and took the place of the original. This balanced the whole map. I noticed the two flag rooms were right next to each other in UnrealEd, so I made another window and placed it right between the flags. You can now taunt your opponents endlessly, from mere feet from their flag!

Since this is a text file (small file size) and 90% of the people who play this map will never read it, I'll outline some of the changes I made. This is for the select few who like to know details. :)

Changes
-------
Red and Blue bases are exactly the same.
32 spawn points (12 more than before).
Added Pulse Rifle and ammo, Ripper and ammo, Shield Belt, Superhealth and Thigh Pads to each side.
Added a few more health vials.
Moved the Damage Amp and Armor.
Retextured the red base.
Adjusted lighting on the red side.
Added a window between the two flags.
Fixed botpaths.
Added destination points so that bots will go for powerups in the tube alcoves.
Tweaked zones to reflect the Red base.
Changed the name to TwinCommand.

Beta Testers
------------
{LoD}Dr.Doom and {LoD}Quazbotch AKA Xancow. Thanks to them for testing the map, and Quaz for fixing the botpath problems. Special thanks to Morningstar for the name change!

Installation
------------
Unzip the the .unr file and place it into the maps directories under your Unreal Tournament directory. Double-click the map, or start a practice session and select the map from the menu.
