Rogue traps (buzzsaw and pendulum)

This example shows the use of the buzzsaw and pendulum traps.  They are quite simple to setup...all that is involved is their placement.  

BUZZSAW

The buzzsaw will either rotate in place, or follow a path of path_corner entities, much like a monster or func_train would.  

PENDULUM

The pendulum is slightly more complicated in that you must specify what axis it will swing on.  Looking in the top view of worldcraft, if you would like the pendulum to swing north/south, you must set the y-axis flag ON, otherwise set the x-axis flag. (if no flags are set, it will default to the y-axis.

Both entities may be trigger to start, although you will need to set the 'triggered' flag for the pendulum.
