			       Easter Egg Hunt

All rules and gameplay instructions for the Quake Easter Egg Hunt are 
available on the Easter Egg Hunt webpage (http://qteam.stomped.com/eeh.html).

1. Installing the package

You must already have the registered version of Quake II installed on your
system in order to participate in the Quake Easter Egg Hunt. 

If you have problems installing the package visit the webpage listed above
to  see if more detailed instructions have been posted there. If the
webpage does not help you then email qteam@stomped.com
   
1.1 Installing the package using WinZip

    * Open up the .zip file called egghunt.zip (chances are you've found it
      because you are reading this documentation)
    * Click the Extract button
    * Choose the options for "All Files", "Use Folders", and "Overwrite 
      Existing Files". 
    * In the listbox, browse for the directory where you installed Quake2
      (This is the directory that contains quake2.exe)
    * Click the Extract button
    * You're all set!!!

1.2. Using another zip extractor

   You're on your own - just keep in mind that you need to use the preserve
   directories option and unzip the package into your quake2
   directory (The directory that contains quake2.exe)
  
2. Connect to the server

The server ip and/or port may change before or during the tournament if
we experience any problems. If you cannot connect to the server try 
visiting the webpage listed above. Note also that you will not be able to
connect to the server until the tournament begins. 

2.1 Using GameSpy
   
    * Click on the quake2 server button.
    * Click on favorites tab.
    * Add the server 208.222.119.250:27920
    * Click OK (The server should now appear in your favorites)
    * Double-click on the Easter Egg Hunt server to join


2.2. Using a command line

   Switch to your quake2 directory (the directory that contains quake2.exe)
   and type the following command line:

   quake2 +set game egghunt +connect 208.222.119.250:27920
