These files can be added to the engine by locating the wave file in units.txt, build.txt, gamemsg.txt that you wish to replace. Rename them to be the same as
that wave file, then pack them into a .ftg file using the pak utility. You can then point to
this addon file in your packman.cfg, and you're ready to go.
