NEON GLOW CROSSHAIR FOR QUAKE\QUAKE WORLD 10/16/97
*also works with GL Quake/GL Quake World

Files Included:
Blue.pak (blue crosshair)
Red.pak (red crosshair)
Green.pak (green crosshair)

To Install:
1.Take your pick of what color crosshair you want.

CTF (non quake world) Install:

2. Copy the your chosen color crosshair pak file to the
quake/ctf folder. Then look at the pak files you
currently have in the quake/ctf folder and rename
the crosshair pak file to the next #. Pak files must
go in numerical order.

Example: If you have a pak0.pak and a pak1.pak in the quake/ctf
folder. Rename the crosshair pak (red, blue or green) to "pak2.pak".
You don't have to put the ".pak" part as it already
knows its a pak file. So you will rename it "pak2"

YOU MUST INSTALL THE CROSSHAIR PAK FILE IN THE GAME SWITCH
FOLDER YOU USE. FOR CTF (-GAME CTF) THE ABOVE WOULD APPLY.
IF YOU USE A DIFFERENT GAME SWITCH LIKE (-GAME HIPNOTIC).
YOU MUST PUT THE CROSSHAIR PAK FILE IN THE QUAKE/HIPNOTIC
FOLDER ALSO IN ADDITION TO THE QUAKE/CTF FOLDER.

INSTALL FOR QUAKE WORLD AND NON CTF (regular Quake w/o gameswitch):
*Quake World does not need a game switch (ex: -game ctf).
Quake World servers know where to find your map files.

1.Take your pick of what color crosshair you want.

2.Copy the your chosen color crosshair pak file to the
quake/ID1 folder. Then look at the pak files you
currently have in the quake/ID1 folder and rename
the crosshair pak file to the next #. Pak files must
go in numerical order.

If you have Pak files in the Quake/QW folder you may have to
put the crosshair pak file in the Quake/QW folder. Try it
there if it doesn't work in the Quake/ID1.

Example: If you have a pak0.pak and a pak1.pak in the Quake/ID1
folder. Rename the crosshair pak (red, blue or green) to "pak2.pak".
You don't have to put the ".pak" part as it already
knows its a pak file. So you will rename it "pak2"

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CROSSHAIR ENABLED BY TYPING AT
THE QUAKE CONSOLE:
crosshair 1

The files were made from a program I got from the Quake Marines Clan
page. Nice work Quake marines.
