This file explains what you have to do for each of the individual level
Quake II runs, for Speed Demos Archive, for it to be a valid demo for that
level.  For most, you just have to get to the only exit, but in others you
have to do some specific things, so here they are:

train           Get the super shotgun and exit

ware1           Get the four power cubes and exit

jail1           Exit to jail2
jail2a          Exit to jail3
jail3a          Get the red key and return to jail2
jail2b          Deactivate the yellow lasers and return to jail3
jail3b          Exit to jail4
jail4           Get the security pass and exit by the secret area in the lava
jail3c          Exit to jail5
jail5           Get the pyramid key and return to jail3
jail3d          Use the pyramid key and security pass to get to security
security        Kill da boss and exit the unit
mintro          Exit to mine1
mine1           Exit to mine2
mine2           Exit to mine3 through the secret area
mine3a          Lower the acess bridge and exit to mine2, but not at where you entered.
[there should be a mine2b at this point in the run, but you'd just push a switch and exit, so I left it out]
mine3b          Drill your way to mine4
mine4           Get the hell out of there :)
mine3c          Exit the unit
fact1a          Exit to fact2
fact2           Shut everything down and return to fact1
fact1b          Exit the unit...
power1          Exit to power2
power2a         Exit to cool1
cool1           Drain the coolant and exit to power2
power2b         Exit to waste1
waste1a         Exit to waste2
waste2          Activate pumping station 1 and exit to waste3
waste3          Activate pumping station 2 and exit to power2
waste1b         Exit to power2
power2c         Exit to biggun
biggun          Blow that thing up
hangar1a        Exit to lab
space           Destroy the satellite and exit
lab             Get the head and exit
hangar1b        Use the head and exit to hangar2
hangar2         Only one way out...
command         Get to strike
strike          Help your fellow marines blow whatever that is up and exit
city1           Get the data spinner and take the underwater exit to city2
city2a          Take the lower exit to city3
city3a          Get the security pass and return to city2
city2b          Take the upper exit to city3
city3b          Get the Data CD, deactivate the yellow forcefields, and take the upper exit back to city2
city2c          Reprogram the data spinner, take it, and use the lower exit to city3
city3c          Blow up the communications laser and get out.
boss1           Obvious isn't it?
boss2           I think you can figure it out...
