  Okay, so let's start the Qompet-N! :-) After three major changes in
  the route, I found this to be the best one  -  I think that getting
  the green armor *is* necessary,  the Grunts & Doggies at the bridge
  are a little too mean to do without.  As usual,  feel free to prove
  me wrong though! ;-)

  Another thing that I don't quite understand:  whenever someone asks
  how to get that SuperHealth secret, WHY do I keep reading that "You
  have to jump on the lamp first, then on the switch,  and from there
  you can jump onto the stairs!"???  This is *NOT* necessary - with a
  little practice, you'll be able to do it just like I do in the .LMP
  (Ooooops, wrong game - ".LMP" should read ".DEM" :-) , and that is,
  of course, without any funky CL_WHATNOTSPEED settings aka cheating!
  I admit it's quite frustrating in the beginning,  but  once you get
  the hang of it, it works about 5 to 6 times out of 10.
